📋 Legal Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 77game platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, and all related services. By registering an account with 77game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the 77game platform. Access to and use of 77game is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. It is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of this platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with 77game. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 77game reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account that cannot demonstrate compliance with this requirement. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 77game is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77game makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active account with 77game. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts – whether under your own name or under an alias – is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your account information if it changes. 77game shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
2.5 Corporate Entities. Accounts may only be registered by natural persons. Corporations, companies, trusts, partnerships, or other legal entities may not register accounts on the 77game platform.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 77game will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.2 Notification of Breach. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77game immediately via live chat or the contact details provided at the end of these Terms. 77game may suspend your account pending investigation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless that activity was caused by a demonstrable failure of 77game's own security systems.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 77game reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. 77game will provide reasonable notice before applying such fees.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 77game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may be updated at 77game's discretion.
4.2 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to verified accounts. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identity document. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a prior deposit, or to a payment method that is verifiably registered in your name.
4.3 Processing Times. 77game aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for verified accounts using supported local payment methods. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, network conditions, and KYC status. 77game shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.4 Currency. All account balances are held in PKR. For USDT deposits, the applicable exchange rate at the time of deposit is used to convert the amount to PKR. Fluctuations in exchange rates are borne by the User.
4.5 Own Funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods that do not belong to you is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion. These terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions, are published on the Promotions page and form part of this agreement when a bonus is claimed.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 77game reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms; and any form of coordinated play intended to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. 77game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. No compensation will be paid for the withdrawal of a bonus that has not yet been claimed by a User.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on the 77game platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable. The RTP and game mechanics disclosed in individual game paytables accurately reflect the game's mathematical parameters. 77game does not alter game outcomes.
6.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, 77game reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable malfunction will not be paid out.
6.3 Game Availability. The availability of specific games may vary by jurisdiction and may change without notice due to provider licensing decisions. 77game does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title.
6.4 Live Casino. For live dealer games, additional rules specific to each game variant apply and are displayed within the live game interface. Players must familiarise themselves with applicable rules before participating in live casino games.
7.1 Bet Placement. All sports bets are accepted at 77game's discretion. 77game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform, including bets placed at erroneous odds, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets that fall outside the platform's risk management parameters.
7.2 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in the event of: event cancellation; abandonment before the minimum required play is completed; administrative or technical errors resulting in incorrect odds; or other circumstances specified in sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
7.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and the platform's liability limits. 77game reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Any bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.
7.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per event and per account are set at 77game's discretion and may be applied without prior notice. These limits are published in the sportsbook help section.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77game platform and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 77game is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All account holders have access to deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and a permanent self-exclusion programme. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.
9.2 If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool immediately. Once activated, self-exclusion is binding for the selected period and cannot be reversed. 77game staff cannot override an active self-exclusion at a player's request.
9.3 77game reserves the right to impose limits or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe a player is exhibiting signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has self-excluded. All content on the 77game platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and user interface elements, is owned by or licensed to 77game and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any 77game content without express prior written authorisation. Game content provided by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's licensing terms.
11.1 77game provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77game disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11.2 77game shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or revenue; (c) loss of data; (d) service interruptions caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or cyberattacks; or (e) any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.
11.3 77game's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by 77game is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
77game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the 77game website. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. 77game operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representation that its services are regulated or licensed by any specific Pakistani domestic authority.
14.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through 77game's internal complaints procedure by contacting our support team via live chat. 77game will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within 5 business days.
14.3 77game reserves the right to refer disputes to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service if internal resolution is not achievable.
